Talking Canadian - One Year Later
Listeners and podcasters alike, are still trying to understand "what the heck" Talking Canadian is all about. Sorry but if you have to ask, you don't want to know and if you try to understand, you are on a path to nowhere.
Monica (the good looking one and brains of the bunch), Ben (the host and the techie), Joe (the hard luck reader and top notch jokester) and Keith (the factoid pusher with an offbeat humour to blend both) brought the level of TC's intellect up a notch... although, that didn't require much effort.
We remain good friends and are having a blast. We still flap about stuff, drink beer and "attempt" to bring laughter to the table.
With "on the fly" podcasting, the success of the podcast has surpassed our wildest imagination. The evolutionary state of TC included Forums, Podcast e-mails, Twitter and Facebook and of course our wildly successful "Contest for a Contest", the Rant!
As we continue to push the limits of the podcasting medium, our goal will be to introduce new ideas and hopefully broaden our TC listener community.
New features may include: live streaming, video podcasts, interviews and whatever comes forth during podcast night.
Our loyal listeners have been very supportive and positive from day one and we, the TC gang, thank-you.
